JeetKing Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and JeetKing ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all use of the JeetKing website, mobile application and all associated services including Casino, Live Casino, Bingo, Sports Betting and any other product available through the platform.

By accessing the JeetKing platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete, and that you accept these Terms in full. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules attached to individual games, promotions or payment methods, which are incorporated by reference.

JeetKing reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players.

These Terms are written in English for Pakistani players. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version prevails.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register and use JeetKing you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be the genuine owner of the payment method used to deposit.
• Provide accurate, current and complete registration information including your real name, date of birth and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• Not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of JeetKing staff.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address or same payment method — is a breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, JeetKing may close all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals and forfeit balances at its discretion.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password, OTP codes or account access with any other person. JeetKing will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain proper security. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately and change your password.

2.4 Account Verification

JeetKing may at any time request identity verification documents including national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays. Verification is non-negotiable and applies to all accounts regardless of balance or activity level.

3. Deposits & Payments

3.1 Supported Methods

JeetKing accepts deposits via the following methods, all processed in PKR:

The availability of specific payment methods may vary over time. JeetKing does not guarantee the continued availability of any particular method and reserves the right to add or remove options with or without prior notice.

3.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and will trigger a compliance review.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and are shown at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance following confirmation from the payment provider. Typical credit times are a few minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and within the standard processing window for Bank Transfer and Raast.
• JeetKing is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking systems outside our control.

3.3 Currency

The JeetKing platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any point in the deposit or withdrawal process. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your account balance without deduction or conversion.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are submitted through the cashier section of your account. Every withdrawal is subject to OTP verification sent to your registered mobile number. This is a mandatory security step and cannot be bypassed under any circumstance.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are only processed to payment accounts registered in your own name — the same name as your JeetKing account.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• Players must have completed any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before withdrawing.
• JeetKing reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank Transfer and Raast withdrawals follow the standard processing window for those systems.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits apply. These limits are displayed in the cashier section and may vary depending on your account verification status. Players who have completed full identity verification may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits.

4.4 Withdrawal Delays and Holds

JeetKing may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal in the following situations:

• Pending identity verification documents.
• Suspected bonus abuse or irregular betting patterns detected by our risk team.
• Outstanding account compliance requirements.
• Technical issues with the relevant payment provider outside our control.

In the event of a hold, you will be notified and given the opportunity to resolve any outstanding requirements. JeetKing aims to process all withdrawal requests as promptly as possible.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

JeetKing offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the point of offer and must be read before opting in. By claiming a bonus, you accept the specific terms attached to that offer in addition to these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonus offers carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times you must play through the bonus amount before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place PKR 30,000 in eligible bets before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the expiry period stated in the offer.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering. Contribution percentages per game category are shown in the individual offer terms.
• Live Casino and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering.
• If a bonus expires before wagering is complete, the bonus and any winnings derived from it are forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

JeetKing actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts, placing low-risk hedge bets to clear wagering requirements, using automated tools, or any pattern of play that is inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming. Where bonus abuse is identified, JeetKing reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings and close the account.

5.4 Free Spins

Free spin awards are valid on specified slot titles only and expire after the period stated in the offer. Winnings from free spins are typically credited as bonus balance and subject to the relevant wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted.

6. Games & Betting

6.1 Game Availability

JeetKing offers Casino slots, Live Casino, Bingo and sports betting including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports. The availability of specific games and betting markets may change without prior notice due to provider agreements, technical maintenance or other operational reasons.

6.2 Game Fairness

All Casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the relevant game studio. RNG certification is conducted by independent testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel. JeetKing does not control or modify game outcomes — these are determined entirely by the game provider's certified RNG.

6.3 Betting Rules

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within each game or market.
• Bets once placed and accepted cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical error during a game or bet settlement, JeetKing reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to your account balance.
• For sports betting, if a match is abandoned or postponed, standard void rules for the relevant market apply as stated in the sports betting terms.

6.4 System Errors

JeetKing is not liable for losses resulting from software or hardware errors, interrupted connections, or any other technical fault. In cases where a malfunction has resulted in an incorrect payout, JeetKing reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited amount from your account balance. Players are expected to report any suspected system error to customer support immediately rather than continuing to play through a known fault.

7. Player Conduct

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JeetKing platform:

• Using any automated betting software, bots, scripts or tools that interact with the platform without human input.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or any other technical vulnerability for financial gain.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any part of the platform infrastructure you are not authorised to access.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or the placement of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using VPNs, proxies or other tools to mask your location or circumvent platform access controls.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy.

7.2 Consequences of Breach

Breach of any conduct rule may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban from the platform. JeetKing reserves the right to report suspected financial crime to relevant authorities. Decisions on account suspension for conduct breaches are made at JeetKing's sole discretion and are not subject to appeal through any formal process other than direct contact with our compliance team.

8. Responsible Gaming

JeetKing is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming is a form of paid entertainment — it has a variable cost and should be treated as such. It is not a reliable source of income, and losses should always be viewed as the cost of the entertainment received.

8.1 Player Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit in PKR. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of gaming activity so you remain aware of how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent suspension of your account. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit or receive promotional communications.

8.2 Age Verification

Any balance in an underage account will be returned to the original deposit source after deducting any bonus amounts. 9. Privacy & Data

JeetKing collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and marketing communications where you have opted in.

9.1 Data You Provide

Registration and verification data — including your name, CNIC details, mobile number and payment account information — is stored securely and used only for the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy. This data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the platform.

9.2 Communication

By registering, you agree to receive transactional communications related to your account, including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications and security alerts. Promotional communications are opt-in only. You may unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

JeetKing provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance periods or technical faults beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, banks or card networks.
• Loss of data or account access resulting from events outside our control such as network failures, cyber attacks or force majeure events.
• Any decision made by a player based on information available on the platform, including game RTP figures, odds or promotional terms.

In no event shall JeetKing's total liability to any player exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. JeetKing excludes all liability for indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by JeetKing

JeetKing may suspend or permanently close an account at any time if:

• The account holder breaches any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• Identity verification documents are not provided within the requested timeframe.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Duplicate accounts are detected under the one-account policy.
• Compliance or regulatory requirements necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed for conduct reasons, any remaining balance may be forfeited at JeetKing's discretion. Where closure is for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the original deposit method.

11.2 Closure by the Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting JeetKing customer support. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any applicable wagering on bonus funds must be resolved. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and take priority over any pending activity in your account.

12. Changes to These Terms

JeetKing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — JeetKing will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via in-platform notification or message to the registered mobile number.

Your continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. JeetKing recommends reviewing this page whenever you receive a notification of an update.
